We are the Largest manufacturer of Laminations in India with a capacity of 32000Tons per annum, manufacturing laminations from 50mm to 1250mm single piece and Segmental Laminations of any size. All 3 manufacturing processes via. Gang Slotting, Single Point Notching and Progression Coil Feeding are used at Pitti Engineering Limited (Formerly Pitti Laminations Limited).
We have developed expertise to manufacture Laminations for almost every possible use ranging from Home appliances, Aerospace, Railways, Power Generation, Medical Equipment, Consumer Motors, Industrial Motors, Special Purpose Motors, etc.
The Company has the only Lamination re-varnishing line in India.
To meet the specific requirements for certain end applications we have invested in custom made De-Burring Machines guaranteeing Bur Levels under 5 Microns. Our Assembly facilities are capable of assembling Cores using Laminations from 100mm to 2500mm diameter.
In addition to the above we also have Rotor Aluminium Die Casting and Rotor Shaft insertion facilities.
Our tool room is one of the most advanced tooling facilities in the country, capable of making some of the largest single piece tools giving us the technological and competitive edge in developing various types of large Laminations of very tight tolerances.
The tool rooms also makes Jigs and Fixtures and Pressure Die Casting for our machine shop.
The tool room is equipped with all development software and high precision equipment. Latest Sodick CNC's wire cut with Linear Motor Drive, Jig Boring Class Mitsui Seiki VMC...., Waida CNC Optical Profile Grinder, Sip Jig Grinding....

Setup in 2006, with state of the art facilities like Titan Make CNC VTL(s), Wotan Make CNC HBM(s), Mitsui Seiki CNC HMC(s), Mitsui Seiki CNC VMC(s) and LK CMM(s) among others. Machine shop is also equipped with Grit Blasting and Painting Facilities including Drying Chambers.
The product portfolio include varied components of different dimensions and intricacies from Windmills Castings to Assembled Laminations Stacks, Compressor Castings to Stator Frames, Transmission housing to parts for off highway vehicles.
The Company is planning aggressively enhancing the capacity and capabilities of machine shop to leverage the synergies it can derive from the foundry.
One of the unique feature of this machine shop is that it is one of the only facilities in the world that can provide machined Laminations stack core dropped/fitted into a Stator Frame fully ready for use by the end customer.

Established in 2008, the foundry has since developed over 250 components for varied industries like Railways Off Highway Vehicles, Earthmoving equipment's, Compressors, Windmills, Power Sector, Transmission parts,Oil and Gas, etc. The eco-friendly facility has all the state of the art machinery and equipment's required for producing and testing critical and complex castings of various grades and sizes. This facility in conjunction with our captive machine shop offers an end to end solution to our customers.
We manufacture High Quality Castings in Ductile Iron, Grey Iron and Plain Carbon Steel Grades from the weight range of 15 Kgs to 3500 (Expanding to 7500 Kgs) using Machine Moulding and Hand Moulding with No Bake Process. We can supply the castings in Raw, Proof or Fully Machined Condition including Painting. We have expertise in making sub zero temperature Ductile Iron grades of castings such as GGG 40.3/EN JS 1025 for the wind mill application
STATOR CORE ASSEMBLIES
We supply a wide range of Assembled Stator Cores with stacking under Hydraulic Pressure and then Cleating or Welding or Riveting such assemblies. Assembly of stator core up to a diameter of 2000mm with circular and segmental laminations and securing such assembled core with End Rings / Thick Laminations and Coined Laminations to make a ready to use assembly.
ROTOR CORE ASSEMBLIES
We supply ready to use Assembled Rotor Cores with stacking under Hydraulic Pressure and Cleating or Welding or Riveting. We can assemble Rotor cores up to 1800mm height complete with spacers, end rings, and flanges and weighing up to 5 Ton/Core.
We supply Assembled Pole Bricks with stacking under Hydraulic Pressure and Welding or Core Bolting with End Castings.
